Step 4: Production
Approximately 5–10 Business Days
When the design is set, your pieces are created. In this phase, your set is custom-sized, hand-detailed, UV cured, and thoroughly inspected for quality.

Every tailored set is made with precision. This is the process for your handcrafted order.
Step 2: Design Review
Within 1–3 Business Days
Your custom design is evaluated.
If any further details are needed, expect an email. Quick replies help maintain the creation schedule and avoid delays.
Step 5: Packaging
1 Business Day
Your nails are elegantly boxed with a prep kit and guide. Adhesives are sold separately to allow for your preferred wear method.
Step 3: Approval
Within 1–5 Business Days
If a mock-up is part of your order, a digital draft will be sent for your sign-off.
One round of minor adjustments is included in the service.
Step 6: Shipping
Varies by Method
Your package is sent out. You will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your bespoke shipment's journey directly to your designated address.
Total Estimated Turnaround
The duration from payment to delivery is usually 7 to 16 business days, based on the intricacy of the art and how quickly we finalize the design details.
